Those BIOS passwords are mainly used by business to protect their property so we are not going to help you crack it. Why would you forget a BIOS password you needed to even start your PC?

Greg hit the nail right on the head as per the Forum Rules.

oh, sorry if i violated any rule of this forum, i didn't know that accessing BIOS password is hacking. But here's the thing, the notebook i was trying to open is a company property and i am at the technical support group on this company. The previous user of the notebook put a supervisor password on it, i am trying to get into BIOS to see any changes have been made b'coz when i install windows it shuts down.

Can anyone help me how to contact Lenovo?
Maybe they can help me on opening the BIOS.

again, I Apologize if any rule was violated.
    Thank you

Yes you'll need to contact Lenovo Tech Support to establish the ownership of the PC's, so that they might be able to help you reset the BIOS password. Your company may have a contract with them for Support, but if not they may require payment to do this for you.
