Hi again Timothy. Sorry mate, but this is going beyond my level of expertise. I have never encountered the same issue myself. Perhaps someone else will be able to help.

Okay thanks so much for your help so far jay. Hopefully someone has a solution to this. I can't install quicktime player aswell.

PS : I CAN INSTALL ALL OTHER PROGRAMS WITH UNKNOWN PUBLISHER EXCEPT FOR ITUNES AND QUICKTIME PLAYER.

You said you "formatted" which is often used to describe doing a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 without the corrupting factory bloatware that throttles Win7.

However you still have the Acer background which means you only ran Recovery which reinstalls all the crap.

I would follow the steps in the blue link to do what most tech enthusiasts do and get the vastly superior Clean Reinstall. Make your Recovery disks first and then delete all but the Acer Recovery partition as shown in Step 6/7 of Clean Install Windows 7

Right click the Itunes installer .exe to Run As Administrator.

If there are further problems start your own thread in General forum.
