YOu can run Windows 7 PC Restore | Dell but you'll get much better performance instead doing a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7

    Hi Uri Abramson,

'Factory Restore' leads to loss of personal data; please ensure that you backup all 'personal information' on an (external media) before attempting any restore option.

If you are unable to 'boot to Windows', you may try the steps listed in the following link to 'backup information' from the 'Windows Recovery Environment': windows 7 c drive crash

Hope this helps. Do reply if you have any further questions. I would be glad to assist.

try to make a new user instead, then use msconfig to disable all unwanted programs that run with your start up
if it doesn't help, then u should install a new windows

       Information
We always assume you have made your Recovery Disks using the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Media Creator app the first day you had your new PC.
& made the Startup Repair CD.

Did you make the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Disks?
