    Windows 7 wont install.

Hi first time to these forums. have a problem installing windows 7, about a week ago got a 7 disc sent to me tried to install, started to install itself but then stopped and a error message came up , (The files may be corrupt or missing.
Make sure all files required for installation are available and restart the installation.
Error code: 0x80070241) Tried all day redoing it, even did a system recovery back to factory. so the guy then sent me the ISO image on a usb drive burnt the image to disc and still wont work. anyone got any answers? thanks guys in advance.

The first thing that comes to mind is always know where the ISO image came from .... Microsoft/Official partner, or was it downloaded from a torrent site.. it sounds like it came from option # 2... Here is a link for Windows 7 Enterprise Edition ... it is good for 90 days ... Get it legally -=> here

Good, I was't accusing you, just getting the unasked question out of the way... You may want to make a small 10gb partition and extract the files from the thumb drive, then run the setup.exe file from there... If you still have problems installing it, then the chances are that you have a bad image... Good Luck...
