Those PC Cleaners and other tweaking scamware screw up Windows 7. I would not use them. If you've already done so, try to
System Restore to before the crapware was run, or uninstall it using
Revo Uninstaller - How toTo Completely Uninstall Programs.
Stick with the tools and methods in
Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 to keep a perfect install. If you didn't follow the steps given for your install I'd do it over to get it right.
Logitech is notoriously buggy software that should be treated with suspicion until it proves otherwise. I'd Restore to before you installed it or uninstall it if it appears in Control Panel. What type of cooler is it? Do you have a case fan and is the CPU fan cooled with adequate thermal pasting job?
