BSOD when installing XP on Acer Aspire One Netbook (SATA Problem)

Hi SevenForums Members,

I am having some trouble installing Windows XP onto an Acer Aspire One netbook.

Complete Computer Specs (From Bios)

CPU Type: Intel(R) Atom(TM) CPU N270 @ 1.60GHz
HDD: Toshiba MK1652GSX
System BIOS Version: V1.05
VGA BIOS Version: Intel V1585
Product Name: Aspire One
Manufacturer Name: Acer

What I have tried so far:

1. Changed SATA AHCI to IDE>Creating a bootable USB with Windows XP (Without SATA Drivers)>During Setup BSOD

2. Changed SATA IDE to AHCI>Opened Nlite, and Slipstreamed "IMSM_Intel_v8.0.0.1039_XPx86" Textmode Drivers, and mounted ISO on my USB using 2 methods.

Method 1: YUMI Multi Boot
Error: Booting WinLite.iso (hd0,0) map --heats=0 --sectors-per-track=0 /multiboot/ISOS/WinLite.iso (hd32) Error 60: File for drive emulation must be in one contiguous area. Press any key to continue...
Note: YUMI Multi Boot works great with the Windows iso when I do not add the SATA drivers using nLite.

Method 2: WinSetupFromUSB
Error: The following file is missing or corrupt. System32/hal.dll, please reinstall the copy of the above file.
Note: I have read multiple places by retrying to boot will fix this hal.dll error, or switching from TXT mode and GUI Mode.

Method 3: RMPREPUSB
Error: No Bootable Device

Method 4: Novicorp WinToFlash
Testing right now
HELP PLEASE

Set BIOS to AHCI.

Wrong drivers. Use the Intel F6 drivers.

Intel F6 Drivers

Method 1: to 4:
Uses the Win XP CD.

First check for all the Win XP drivers for your hardware on the manufacturer's web site.
If your Win XP CD, does not support your Sata Controller, you will need to load drivers to uses at F6.
Load Sata Controller drivers with a floppy disk is the best way.
SATA Drivers - Load in Windows XP Setup on Dual Boot
OR
SATA Drivers - Slipstream into Windows XP CD
