Hello Mohd, and welcome to Seven Forums.

Did Windows 7 come preinstalled on your laptop?

If so, what brand and model number is it? We may be able to help you with how to do a factory restore of Windows 7.

If this a Windows 7 you installed yourself, then you could also create a bootable Windows 7 installation USB flash drive to use instead.

Hope this helps for now, :)

    this msg:

"" A required CD/DVD drive device driver missing . If you have a driver floppy disk , CD , DVD or flash please insert it now.
Note: If the Windows installation media isi n the CD/DVD drive you can safely remove it for this step.""

So the question which CD/DVD driver and the laptop does not have it ???????????????

Be sure that the external DVD drive is disconnected when you try to boot from the USB flash drive to see how it works.
