Windows 7 installation issue

Hey, i have a problem with my computer..
What i know is that it dont want to create a System reserved Partition... when i press "New" in the installation setup window.
And im booting for a Usb, i´ve installed before with an usb and it worked perfect.. but not my main computer
___When i try to install windows7 on it i get the following message.

"Windows cannot be installed to this disk. This computer´s hardware may not support booting to this disk.
Ensure that the disk´s controller is enabled in the compuer´s BIOS menu
---
Setup was unable to create a new system partition or locate an existing system partition.
see the setup log files for more info
-------------------------
I tryed to change the hard drive on the computer but that dont work i still get the same message.
--
I dont know what to do, and i have been up for more that 25hours straight trying to find a solution, i would be glad if anyone have a solution.

Best regards Matt ^^

Unplug all other HD's and peripherals,

Boot into BIOS setup, reset to defaults, save changes. Next if an EFI BIOS, enable Legacy BIOS, set DVD drive first to boot, HD second. Then set SATA controller to AHCI. Save changes and Exit.

Then boot into installer DVD or flash stick burned or written using tool and latest ISO for your licensed OS version here. Your flash stick may be bad so if it fails download another iSO and write with tool to stick.

At first installer screen Press Shift + F10 to open a Command Box, type:

DISKPART
LIST DISK
SELECT DISK 0 (after confirming Windows 7 target HD #)
CLEAN
CREATE PARTITION PRIMARY SIZE=102400 (for 100gb partition, adjust as desired)
FORMAT FS=NTFS LABEL="WINDOWS 7"
ACTIVE
EXIT
EXIT

Next click Install Now, then Custom install to Clean Install Windows 7 to the partition you created. If it fails then report back at which step and the verbatim error message.

In addition read over these steps to understand the tools and methods which work best to get and maintain a perfect Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7. The steps are the same for retail.

After install you can adjust partition size or Create new partitions for data, etc. in Disk Mgmt. We are creating the partition here to mark it Active which overcomes certain install failures.

Start at the top and ask us any questions you have to get the steps done. You can also ask Google.

Do you know if you have an EFI BIOS? If not then you can skip the first part in BIOS setup for now to see if running the commands is enough.

If you completed the ISO download and the MS tool wrote it to stick successfully then it should work.

I'd also set the HD first to boot in BIOS setup (when you're checking for EFI listings) and trigger the USB stick using the one-time BIOS Boot Menu key at boot.

okej, well i done that!.

Now it says:

Disk 0 Partition1 | 100GB/100GB| type System
---
Disk 0 Partition 2 | 132.9GB/132.8GB | Type Primiar
------
im translating from swedish so the text might be diff..
Error:
The installation program could´nt create a systempartition or find a "active" systempartition, For more information check the install log...
And i also get...
it cant install windows on this disk. its not sure that the computer´s hardware can support starting from this disk.
Controll that the disk´s ........ is active in BIOS Meny..

----------------
Thats what i get :-(
----------------

Keep in mind that this computer is old, about 6-8years old, it worked good, but it crashed when i installed a program....
then i could´t install any Windows on it, so i took out the harddrive, and 2days ago i putted it back in to see if it is still working...
I might have done something with the cabels???
i mean i dont even remember if it was on "Master Or Slave". or of this white little thing is suppost to sit on the hhd. This -->>> ImageShack® - Online Photo and Video Hosting

Is the Hard Drive the only device on the IDE ribbon cable?

If so make sure the jumpers are set to Master. Do this by googling the make of the HD (e.g. Western Digital) + jumper settings to look at a chart on how to place the jumper on the pins, using tweezers.

Then plug the IDE ribbon cable in firmly to HD and mobo, power cable firmly into HD.

It seems like the listings you quoted show that it successfully completed a 100gb Primary partition for install. Did you mark it Active?

Fill in your System Specs in bottom left corner of post.

Enter BIOS setup by tapping the key given on first screen (normally F2), look on each tab for Reset to Defaults or Reset to Optimal Defaults, select it, Save and Exit.
