Hello Wobrain, and welcome to Seven Forums.

Do you mean how do you do a factory recovery of your Windows 7?

If so, what brand and model is your computer?

We'll see if we can help find instructions for how to recovery Windows 7 from your factory recovery partition on the hard drive.

You can also get the superior Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7
without the preinstalled bloatware which throttles Windows 7 performance.

In your case with Basic you'd download 32 bit Home Premium ISO in Step 1, unlock all versions using eicfg removal tool then burn to DVD or write to flash stick, boot to choose your Basic version only.
