I would not use any auto driver program of any kind. In my opinion you will end up with nothing but problems.

Were you having some kind of problem to be needing driver updating?
You update drivers because you are having a particular problem with a particular driver.

Frankly I think you have already been advised by Layback Bear mate sounds like you have a right piece of work there. I never use anything but the Windows feature on the odd occasion but 99% of the time the manufacturers site.

Now what is the program you have used? what drivers are you trying to get and why are your system specs a bit shall we say odd with the RAM having two listings - machine two listings are we dealing with tow laptops here? if so please let us know which one has gone south as we need to get the specs for the Sony you are asking about.

I'll agree too, don't use this Driver Pack stuff. If you want to check for driver updates you should go to the Sony support site for your model you're working on. Most driver update programs will give you drivers for hardware you don't have, want money (never ever pay for a driver), or load your system with crapware.

For the WiFi try power cycling your router or resetting it.

Yep ditto that Gary I had someone do this last night with a wireless that was playing up. I haven't heard back so am guessing rebooting the modem and router - he had separate devices did the trick. :)
