What is Dell Hard Drive setup tools CODE ?????

My screen states
"Your CD?DVD drive during this boot cycle is f: A RAMDISK drive is available for this boot cycle as C:
It contains several Hard Drive setup tools. Please use these tools only under the direction of Dell Support Staff.


WHAT IS THE CODE !!!

That would be a better question to ask on the Dell users forum where there are Dell "expert users". I used to do a lot of desktop support on the Dell forum and never heard of this. It must be something related to Laptops.

Are you getting the superior Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 without the Dell crapware and duplicate utilities what throttle Win7?

If not that is what I would do, after deleting the Recovery partition which will not run after reinstall, testing the OEM Diagnostics to see if they will run first and if not deleting all partitions during booted reinstall: Dell Diagnostics Utility - How to Run the
