Probably not if its a special DVD cut for this purpose. - but you could try and install the language packs on top of the Spanish install.

Even with the spanish install you can still install your Native keyboard so you don't get these sorts of characters appearing where you don't want them ¿ ñ etc etc.

The install might give you a choice of Language - a full Ultimate version should give English as a choice --if it does problem solved but otherwise install the Spanish version and then the language packs.

If the menu gets confusing during the install see if you can find say a laptop with English so you can compare the menu options - but living in Spain you probably know enough spanish to get through the basic install.

Cheers

No, it is not possible. However you can make it act like an English Windows 7 Ultimate.

The Launch Party Pack Windows 7 is a normal Ultimate. Do this:
  • Install your Spanish Seven Ultimate
  • Download English Language Pack using Windows Update > Optional Updates
  • Open Control Panel > Region and Language
  • Open tab Keyboards and Language > Choose a Display Language

  • Choose English, click Apply
  • Open tab Administrative > Copy Settings
  • Choose Welcome screen and system accounts and New user accounts under Copy your current settings

I installed my Launch Party Pack 7 Ultimate on Tuesday to my HTPC. Because I live in Germany, I got a German version. After doing as told above I now have a complete English version running. You could not tell the difference.
