How to turn off BIOS in sony Vaio?

Hello,
I want to install windows 7 home premium x64 in my sony vaio VCEA24FM, but I don't know how to turn off bios in it. Please help?

Uh what? You don't turn a BIOS off...the BIOS is what allows the OS to communicate with the hardware.

Follow these same steps to get a perfect Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.

Pay close attention to how drivers are handled in Win7 because it is not at all like XP.

If you follow the steps using the tools and methods given you'll get and keep a perfect install.
