    completley broken windows 7

okay so here's my situation, I had this toshiba laptop with vista and it kept crashing so my uncle installed windows 7 ultimate 32bit, that "somehow"crashed after three days and since we couldn't afford getting back to my uncle he sent us an iso of a windows 7. I have no idea what it was, but since I get along with pc's pretty well I installed it wich went kinda weird. it didn't ask for my keyboard nor language, it just installed and booted up at a resolution of 860x420 and it immediatley had a couple of programs installed (something like Foxit reader and some other stuff) so i knew it was hacked, activated though. So I went on configurating and in the process I realized that my system32 was basically incomplete, the aero theme at first did not work, the machine ain't capable of making repair disk, took me 7 times to get microsoft .NET framework to install and the list continues. so what my question is, is there any way to fix this; can I replace broken files in system32 or can I use a troubleshooter? any help will definetley be appreciated

       Information
We always assume you have made your Recovery Disks using the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Media Creator app the first day you had your new PC.
& made the Startup Repair CD.
    startup repair disc-create

Did you make the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Disks?

Everything including the installer is provided here to get a perfect Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7
of your licensed version on the COA sticker using the Product Key listed there.

Be sure to pay special attention to how drivers are handled in Win7 because its different that XP.

Ask back if you have any questions. You will get and keep a perfect install according to how you stick with the tools and methods given.

okay gregrockey, thanks alot! it worked but not completley the way your link told me, because the program used in the link only allowed for real purchaesd iso files of microsoft.com it didn't allow me to burn the iso file I downloaded from the link to be burned to a bootable dvd, as it turns out the windows USB/DVD downloader sees a little twist, a little property only the iso files from microsoft.com have. but using a program called powerISO I was able to give my own downloade iso file that little twist, so now de microsoft USB/DVD downloader burned it like a charm, however when tried to boot from the DVD, it didn't recongnize the ISO file and gave me the PXE-RE media test failure reading, after some fiddling out I read on another forum this can be resolved bij changing the boot order from 1.drive 2.cd/dvd 3. network booting to 1. cd/dvd 2. drive 3. network booting OFF that way, my toshiba looked a bit deeper in the bootable dvd and gave the the relieving "press any key to boot from CD/DVD'' words and I installed a clean version of windows 7 ultimate 32 bit (for anyone reading this, don't forget that when the pc restarts during installation, it will automatically boot from cd/dvd giving you an endless half-install loop) and activated it :). Pretty good for a 14yr old huh?

That's why there's a video in the tutorial showing you how to boot a DVD. Just click the link:

    8. Unplug all other HD's and peripherals except ethernet, Boot the Windows 7 installer, choose Custom Install, then Drive Options (Advanced) to Delete all partitions not needed, repartition as desired following illustrated steps given here: Clean Install Windows 7.
The Download tool should also burn/write the ISO since it's the official MS WIn7 with SP1 download, none other.

You can always ask back for these and any other questions here. You needn't go to a lesser site.

Glad to hear you got it working. Stick with the rest of the steps in the tutorial and you'll get and keep a perfect reinstall for as long as you do.
