If you installed another OS over Win7 then there's nothing to repair, so save the Repair Disk for when you have a Win7 install to repair.

You can run the Recovery disks but they reinstall all of the Acer crapware that throttles Win7 native performance. You'll get a much better install using Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7
which even provides the latest official Win7 installer for your licensed version.

If you want to try the Factory Recovery first, I'd see if the Recovery partition is still functional to run: Acer Support: Frequently Asked Questions list for Recovery media and Restoring a system to factory load

If not then try running the Recov disks in the order they were produced.

If the Recovery Disks won't run, try wiping the HD which you can use the Repair CD for. Boot it and at first screen press Shift + f10 to open a Command Line to run Diskpart Clean Command to wipe the HD to see if the disks will run now. If not do the Clean Reinstall which is vastly better anyway.b
