    wel i would be done, but for some reason my computer wont pick up the files on the usb and i cant download them off to the new pc cause it freezes. Do yo know of any fixes?

    What do you mean the computer won't pick up the usb? Or anything on the usb?

    Work through these Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7

    Make sure you've installed all Important and Optional Windows Updates after enabling Automatically deliver drivers via Windows Update (Step 3).

    Report back results of the steps as completed for more help.

The problem is every time i start the computer after a few minutes it just randomly freezes and i have to restart. I have run virus scans and it says there is nothing wrong, i defragmented my hd it didn't work i even tried a system restore and I'm still having the same problem. Any ideas?...
