Follow these steps for Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.
Everything you need is provided.
The installer will provide almost all drivers, with the rest provided during several rounds of Important and Optional Windows UPdates.
Put your wireless driver from the HP Support Downloads webpage for your model into your backup in case it isn't provided by installer so you can install it first to get online to do all of your Updates.
Use UltraISO Software To Create Bootable USB Flash Drive which never fails when the others do.
If it should fail then you may need to wipe the stick with Diskpart Clean Command
accessing DISKPART At PC Startup.
Do not panic. We will not let you fail, and if you stick with the steps in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 you will have a perfect install better than 90% of PC users.
Do nothing with those drivers until you know if you need them. The installer will provide most drivers, then get online to do all Windows Updates to get the rest.
Back up and read my last two posts, and study the tutorial. We will not let you fail, but you need to be thorough. Ask back any questions you have. VistaKing will be here if I am not.

Are you using a 32 bit Operating System to create the 64bit USB drive? If so use this workaround Get the bootsect file from C:\Boot off a windows 7 32-bit OS and paste it to this folder C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Apps\Windows 7 USB DVD Download Tool and start the USB creation one more time
