    Windows 7 64x upgrade from 32 bit xp/vista?


    I am building a new pc and plan to get windows 7 ultimate. Judging from the prices i have seen, the ultimate upgrade costs 219$, if the version of vista/xp i have is 32 bit...how do i get to windows 7 ultimate 64x? do i have to get windows vista 64x that has a free upgrade coupon?
