i remove my user account password, but it revert back

    hello...

    sorry for bad english
yesterday i buy ssd for my notebook so i installed windows 7 ultimate 64 bit using file ISO X17-59465....
then i install it,i give the username in the setup as "my name", then when the setup asking for password, lets say i fill it with "qwerty" as my password...
okay my installation is done, when it comes to windows logon it asking for password so i put my password earlier "qwerty" , but it says password incorrect, i dont know what happen but im sure that i didnt put my password wrongly, because its really easy to remember, actually my plan is to change password when i arrive at desktop but i stuck at windows logon, so i restart my notebook and go to safe mode, go to the user account at control panel and remove the password, okay now my password is removed, but i want to make sure so i close the user account windows, then i go to the user account again, but i surprised that my account still have password, i dont know why its still have password , so i remove again, but its revert again...
so i delete that account and make new administrator account, lets say the name of the new admin account is "anon", and that's worked... now i can go pass the windows logon and go to the desktop...
but the name "anon" ,i dont like it cause i just randomly give the name,I want the name that I've used when installing windows, its "my name" ,so i created another administator account and give the name as "my name", but it suddenly have password again, omg i dont know what to do,so i assume the name when i put when installing windows is still stuck with the password....
so how to make the password completely gone ?
im asking this because i've experienced something more unusual, 3 years ago, i reinstalled my windows and install windows 7, that time i didnt put any password, just blank, but when it comes to windows logon it asking password, so i want to know what the cause of this problem..
    thx for helping

Delete the strange account totally (when logged on good working account). Reboot (not necessary I think). Strange account is really gone? Remake the account without a password. Works?
    Set password on that again

Where did you get WIn7? It shouldn't normally perform this way using Genuine Win7 software.

This is also why I never set up a password on my installs, only later when the user really needs and wants it they can set it up in User Accounts.

Make sure you have a perfect baseline install using only the official WIn7 installer ISO with SP1, deleting all partitions during install, following the same steps in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7. If the problem returns then wipe the HD with Diskpart Clean Command before reinstall.
