These steps doesnt work for me I tried also bootrec /RebuildBcd: it said process successed. But nothing changed

Any sugesstion ?

YES This WORKS Fixed winload.exe error.

Had a winload.exe error. Tried repair disc etc. to no avail. I could boot to last known good config. I went around and around until i used this link listed in post. BOOTREC.exe fixed me up. I believe /fixboot solved the problem NOT quite sure which command did to tell you the truth.Ran FIXmbr then fixboot then ran rebuildBcd. added vista boot in that rebuild thing. boot says vista boot but its really windows 7 ( I dont care what is says my PC and all my programs are working and I didn,t have to reinstall my OS again.restarted runs ok now thank you for this post in forums
