Do I need to move this file or something? I also included pictures of the flash drive files.

Did you try Option One using Rufus which has recently been added to the tutorial UEFI Bootable USB Flash Drive - Create in Windows? It appears that it doesn't require the file edits.

But it always appears that you've done it correctly. I think I'd also try another stick if Rufus doesn't get u goin.

Yes I tried rufus and the only other flash drive I have is an 8Gb but I dont think I can make it bootable. The drive is a PNY flash drive.

Why not? Move the data off to your desktop and try it.

I have already shrank the volumn thats why there is a new volume its 450.64GB NTFS Primary Partition. I didn't format it with GPT because I want to keep the UEFI. I dont want to change bio settings to boot into either of the OS. Please correct me if im missing something.

Your Windows 8 HDD is in GPT mode, as UEFI install can only be to a HDD in GPT mode.

Your usable partitions are formatted to NTFS.
