Installing Win7-Thin on USB, would not boot on other pcs

I installed Windows 7 Thin on my 16GB USB drive using this tutorial.

It worked fine on the PC I installed it on but when I took the usb stick to boot it on another pc I kept getting this error

    File: /Boot/BCD
    Status: 0x000000f

(photo is from a google search)

So I'm guessing it's a boot sector error. I tried repairing it using Bootsect.exe /fixboot and /fixmbr but that did not help.

so My question is, how can I use the same installation on multiple pcs? Is there a tool or something that would let me do this?

What you are attempting is not expected to work. First of all Microsoft has never supported installing Windows to an external drive, with the one exception of Windows 8 Enterprise edition. Secondly, when the OS was installed it installed drivers for the current hardware which are not appropriate for a different computer. What you are attempting may also be contrary to Microsoft's license agreement.
