No, that won't work.
The Recovery Disks restore the laptop to the condition it was in when you first bought it. Therefore those disks work only on that original laptop.

You would need to use a Windows 7 installation DVD or an ISO burned to DVD or USB stick.
You can't just leap into these things....

Don't expect those recovery discs to work because they are specifically for that laptop.

At this point, I would seek help in obtaining an OEM copy of Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit from the internet and also seek help in using that to create a bootable DVD, just as though it's store-bought. You will use the Product Key that should be on a sticker that's on your laptop somewhere, like on the bottom of it.

Everything needed to reinstall 7 is included in this tutorial, including a link to a win 7 installer.

Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7

It doesn't have to be an OEM installer, his product key is. The sticker may be under your battery if you don't see it on the bottom, I would find that sticker and write down the 25 digit key asap.

The recovery discs don't work, and windows xp still will not install. Also, I can't buy nor get any kind of installation CD. The only cd I've got are those repair discs and windows xp. NOW, my pc is ruined.

No, it's not. This is a link to the post directly above yours (above):

Installing Windows XP on Windows 7 - Incompatibility Issues

Of course, you can just scroll up too, but my point is that I think you missed it because this ordeal may be a bit depressing (and I can understand why).

Anyway, it seems to me that this is the solution to get back to Windows 7 so that you can forget about trying to put XP on this computer. XP is not worth it!

No, as long as you have a valid Product ID sticker on the laptop, you can reinstall W7 without all that much effort.
The instructions were given to you in a link at the bottom of Post #9 by Gregrocker:
Installing Windows XP on Windows 7 - Incompatibility Issues

Just slow down, follow the instructions carefully, and not only will you be back in business, but with a clean install of Windows 7 - without all the factory bloatware on nit gumming up the system - you may find it to be much better than before.

It says a minimum of 4GB of space. I only have a 1 GB flash drive and a 700m disc. How can I install windows with not enough space?

EDIT: I just thought of something, is there a tool that is like windows 7 system repair that is less than 700mb? If so, couldn't I just burn it on that disc and use the repair tool?
