Unless this is a Dell Reinstallation DVD which in addition to a clean copy of the OS only provides a Dell logo and auto-Activation (which won't work on any other model) then I would not use Recovery disks to reinstall your licensed version for a host of reasons.

For one, the preinstalled software included in all other Recovery disks (not Reinstallation DVD's) is not yours to reinstall and not licensed to that PC.

This is beside the fact that any Factory Recovery is an inferior install to getting the superior Clean Reinstall OEM we've linked you several times which includes everything you need.
