| | Upgrading between Windows 7 versions I would like to know what the chances are of being able to upgrade to the different versions of Windows 7. I was thinking of buying a computer with Windows Vista Home Premium, but I want to have Windows 7 Professional (or Ultimate). The reason for buying the computer with the home premium version is computer cost. The computer qualifies for the upgrade to Windows 7 Home Premium, so is there a way where I can pay a little bit extra and get Windows 7 Pro or Ultimate? Does anyone know what the cost would be? Thank you for your assistance! |

| | Hello Speedydumpster, and welcome to Seven Forums. You might check or find a computer that has a free upgrade to Windows 7 offer included with it instead. Many of them do now. Otherwise you will need to buy a Upgrade Windows 7 version instead at a higher price. You can compare the estimated prices at the top of the table in the tutorial below.
