Will I have any issue on my netbook if I made a bootable InstWin8 HDD?

I have a Windows 7 netbook and I want to make a bootable Windows 8 installation HDD for my PC by following this tutorial Install Windows 8 From External Hard Drive

Will it cause any issues to my netbook?
