Installing Windows 7 on Laptop with 2 Hard Drives

I need advice by detail on how i should setup for best performance later
and so many doubts occur having 2 HDD,s on Laptop: (Both HDD have same speed with 500gb)

I can format the whole windows 7 on primary HDD and then later put the pagefile on 2nd HDD maybe?
i believe 2nd HDD maybe should be wiped out completly first before using it for back up?

This also uses Intel Rapid Storage Technology if it even helps anything on laptop HDD's.

In your case it probably does not matter. It is preferable to install the OS on the HDD that is on port0, else your bootmgr may end up on the other HDD. Best though is to disconnect the HDD which is not used for the installation during that installation process.

Moving the pagefile to another disk is possible but will not really yield anything if you have more than 3GBs of RAM.

With 8GB there is no need to move the pagefile because it will probably never be used. I always reduce the size of the pagefile to 2GB - uses less space on the disk.

As Wolfgang says install to Disk0 to avoid problems. Follow these steps for Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 to get and keep a perfect install.
