windows 7 Pro 64 bit activation problem

I get the same thing I always get: "A problem occurred with Windows Activation". Why can't you believe that Microsoft told me that I have a bad OS install?
I tried to insert the window snip I took, but this post window won't let me paste it.

What you mean by bad install . If its a bad install why don't you try a repair install then .

Click the Browse button locate the file then click on the Open button . In the Upload File from your Computer section click on the Upload button . No, no viruses, just - ok. For instance, I have three accounts on this computer. After I see "starting Windows", the next screen isn't the login screen. It says "Welcome". When I log out of my account, I see the login screen with the accounts displayed. A lot of the services are disabled when I know darn well that they should be enabled. You should see all the errors that I get in Event Viewer under Administrative Events. My internet download speed is down to 50-60 kbps instead of 400 kbps. I know something's wrong.
