Start off by removing IObit\Advanced SystemCare . Can you unzip the attach.zip file and just upload the attach.txt file . I'm on an IPad and I can't view .zip files .

These can go on for weeks and never solve anything.

You need a perfect Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 after wiping the HD from the installer Command Line with Diskpart Clean Command

Then if necessary ask for MS activation phone support: How To Activate Windows 7 by Phone Step-by-Step Guide

I have the instructions for the Clean Install in my bookmarks, and I have read it, but - my OS copy does not have SP1 on it. I came to this forum for help. I never said that I knew everything. People that need help, like me now, need help - not censoring or recrimination. You've made me feel really bad. Now I'm sorry that I asked for help. I'm going to go calm down now, if you don't mind.
