how to repair bad offset after cloning?

Cloned my 7 installation to SSD drive and besides a bad sector offset,i have a 0 MB partition located at the start of the drive followed by a 612(?) MB MBR partition with no letter assigned,it really looks messy.Could you please help me get out of this mess?EasyBCD wasnt much of help,it didnt even install properly,it needed some manual registry input which was not to be found anywhere.Would appreciate any guidance...

Look over these steps which work well: SSD - Install and Transfer the Operating System

More here about SSD Alignment and SSD Tweaks and Optimizations in Windows 7

If you're not happy with the result from cloning or imaging then you can always Clean Install Windows 7
