Dell windows 7 oem disc activation

hi, I am new to this forum, and I have a question. I have a dell windows 7 oem disc. I installed it on a dell computer that originally had windows vista on it, and it activated by itself. is it legal to install the same disc on more than one dell computer?

Is this a Win7 Upgrade kit or Dell Win7 upgrade or full copy disk you bought, or it is the Dell Reinstallation Disk for another PC? If the latter is very unlikely it would activate since it has the SLP activation that only works on the intended PC's BIOS.
