Where did you get this DVD? Did you burn it yourself?

Follow these steps to get a perfect Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.

Try now running Dell Diagnostics Utility - How to Run the. This will check your hardware and if it runs it would be the only partition that I would keep, deleting all others using the Drive Options shown in Steps 7 and 8 of Clean Install Windows 7

For help booting the disk watch this video: How to Boot A Computer from CD or DVD - YouTube

Where did you get the ISO and is it for the licensed version shown on your COA sticker on bottom of PC or under battery? You'll need to be able to read the Product Key to do the reinstall.

Did you follow the steps to boot the disk in the video I linked for you above? Did you get the prompt on the screen to "Press any key to boot disk?"

If not try burning another DVD using ImgBurn - Free download and software reviews - CNET Download.com at 4x speed only.

Hi praveen3191,

Welcome to Seven forums.

Please let us know if you have received the Windows 7 re-installation disk from us or you have created the recovery disk from dell datasafe software.

If you have created the disk using the software then check the link below for restoring your system to your last backup:

http://dell.to/18w8gyx

If you have received the disks from us along with the system then you should perform clean installation:

Clean Install Windows 7

And, then download the drivers following the link below:

Keep us posted with the results so we can advise you further.
