That is only a warning for PC with non-UEFI/BIOS firmware.
If that's the case then it should not have said it. Anyways, after putting it to IDE I could install and right now the PC seems to be stable (minus 1 hang during windows update but you know how great they are :P). I will be marking this solved for now and should something else come up post a new thread. Thanks again for all the help guys!
