Hei. Should i enable UEFI Boot? is it safe? is it worth it?

You'll need to make an informed decision based on understanding UEFI BIOS vs. Legacy BIOS - YouTube .

I would try it to see if you find an advantage. It requires special install steps for UEFI (Unified Extensible Firmware Interface) - Install Windows 7 with - Windows 7 Forums .

Some users who have had problems were able to install successfully using Bypass UEFI to Install Windows 7 and are perfectly happy with it. Others report faster boots in UEFI.

What do you mean by UEFI boot? Just booting a GPT disk or going the whole hog and disabling CSM. There can be both advantages and disadvantages, IOWYMMV.
