Using Easy Transfer (Vista) for use in Win7

I know that the DVD used to install Win 7 has windows easy transfer. However, can I use the Easy Transfer included as part of Vista to install my settings on Windows 7?

yes just make sure you are using the latest version. Just the other day I tried this on Windows XP and it even works there.

TY Sup3. When I originally asked the question, I thought that the answer would be a simple yes. I was surprised when you mentioned an update. Well, I checked and found that I did not have the most up to date version and immediately downloaded it. I think that without your help, I might have been unplesantly surprised when I tried to transfer my files to Win 7 with an outdated Win Easy Transfer.
