    win 7 install error

i cannot upgrade install win 7
first after a blue screen of death i restarted my system but on bootup screen disply was rotated to 90 degree left with th msg "interactive logon process initialzation failed...." i tried many options like restore, image backup restore, safemode, last known good configuration but nothing worked. somehow i didnt have system restore or backup images. i am using this laptop since july. in safe mode screen display is upright but with the same message.
then i tried booting via cmd to run sfc scan but couldnt find away to do it. then i down loaded win 7 image from digital content river and converted my 8 gb flash in to bootable to in place upgrade instal. first i tried to repair it via bootable usb using every known way but all in vain. than i tried in place upgrade instal, it gave me device drivers not found error, after a lot of digging i used usb 2 port for the flash and the error msg was gone. but then after a few steps it told me to take out installation media restart normally and then insert it again to start installation which i did but the the early boot screen gave error and the installation didnt start, i played all the cards in my leeves but still clueless

    Hi saadat,

Kindly provide us with more information so we can suggest relevant steps to resolve this issue. Let us know what happens when you try to do a factory restore or clean windows reinstallation.

If you are presented with an error message then provide us with the same or any other symptoms like:

Keyboard doesn't work to F8 menu
It goes to black screen while factory restore
On which step it goes to black screen or provides error
You get a blue screen error while installing.

Kindly provide us with more relevant information so that we all can assist you with the best of our abilities.

Also, let me know the model number of the system and perform the Windows 7 factory restore from the link below:
