Again back to square one.In order to take msconfig print tried to boot into XP unable to do so.I find the win 7 bcd default windows 7 on D.is it ok attached the same.I think I am becoming a bit of nuisance bear with me and get me out of this jam.The two options earlier seen for XP is not there now and only windows xp an WIN 7

Go back to Post #7 and follow the steps I typed out for you. Report back the results for those steps and only those steps.
We work from steps here. You have been given what normally works best. I have now typed them out twice.
I am glad to report that I am able to boot into XP also using the RECREATE/REPAIR boot files option available in easyBCD. Thanks for the help and advise
