hi harj103, welcome to the forums,
if you have purchased office, you should still have a product key or serial number.
you can install it again, after installing windows, and you can use the same serial number again.

Although not the method I would recommend Vista is on the upgrade path for windows 7 as an in-place upgrade which will leave existing applications un-touched
As long as you are moving from like to like or above version wise this is an option you may want to consider.
A quick search of the forum should provide more that enough discussion on this option and it's pros and cons :)
