Lenovo Y570 Windows 7 Clean Install Errors

I've had my Lenovo Y570 for some time now and lately decided to a clean install and update all drivers and everything. I got an ISO copy of Windows 7 HP and was planning on using the serial on the back. I created my bootable DVD and when I got into installation it told me that since it was (OEM reserved) I couldn't install on this drive. I searched around for some time and I formatted my HDD and cleaned it using diskpart. I went on to try and install and I got the error "Setup was unable to create a new system partition". I searched around some more and I tried to re-partition from diskpart and still getting the same error.

I currently can't boot into Windows since I formatted the drive. And the only thing I have at my disposal is the Windows 7 DVD I created.

Any help would be immensely appreciated, I've been going at this since yesterday and still nothing.
    Thank you.

PS. Yes I've already posted this in the Lenovo forum but I'm really desperate for help since my entire university and gaming life depends on that laptop.
    Thank you (again).
