Windows installation freeze at "Starting Windows"

I just bought a new laptop without a OS (I bought it separate).
When I am installing Windows Home Premium 64 bit from the DVD, it gets past the "Loading files" screen, and the stops completely at "Starting Windows".

Do anyone got an solution to my annoying problem?

If you don't want UEFI you can also Bypass UEFI to Install WIn7
which always works and solves many problems here.
