    Bootmanager performs funny

    1. system32\en-US\winload.exe.mui is used for start win7 32bit, however
    2. system32\ja-JP\wininit.exe.mui is used for shutting down display Japanese language.
    3. bcdedit /v shows the locale as en-US in which my preference.
How can I solve the problem?

    1. BCD winload.exe picks en-US\winload.exe.mui OK!
    2. winlogon.exe picks ja-JP\winlogon.exe.mui. want to change to use en-US\winlogon.exe.mui
    3. wininit.exe picks ja-JP\wininit.exe.mui. want to change to use en-US\wininit.exe.mui
Can I change them by using regedit.exe and/or ResHacker?

Please use English and explain in full comprehensible sentences, unless you want to wait to see if someone who speaks that language comes along.
