Windows 7 cannot be installed to disk 0 partition 2

Update 1 :When I turn on the Computer this is the display message I get , what does it mean?.I can still boot the Windows Installation Disc after that Display message by pressing F1 to boot. Is this why Windows isn't installing properly.

    Update 2 [Recent]

I was able to bypass the Windows Installation Error 0x80070057 by following the guide step by step , I posted below , however I have encountered another issue. It shows me a warning sign with the message "windows cannot be installed to partition 0 disk 2". I will post a picture soon.

    Try cleaning the HDD first.

    To clean install:
    1) Clean the HD Drive, using Step one in this tutorial:
SSD / HDD : Optimize for Windows Reinstallation
    than
2a) clean install with the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Disk.
    2b) Clean Install Windows 7

Do you only have one drive plugged into the motherboard during installation?

It's quite clear: your HD is failing.

To confirm this you can run the maker's HD Diagnostic extended CD scan, or you can just replace it now since the error is rarely wrong.

Did you follow the instructions on the screen to run the HD self-test from the F10 prompt at boot? If not try that now.

Then you'll need the HD brand to choose the correct test. If there isn't one for your make then use Seatools DOS ISO burned to CD using Windows Image Burner, reboot to boot into CD using F12 key, run Full test.

I just ran the DPS Self Test , got an error saying test failed with a display message "Drive replacement recommended", I believe this computer needs a new drive for the installation to work.

Does anyone have the link for the HD Diagnostic I need for my hp compact dc5750, can't find it.

How would I check the make of the HDD . Is it in the BIOS Menu somewhere, If it is, I believe the hardrive is the SATA1 . Now what Hardrive Diagnostic tool do I run? , there are many.
