Windows 7 - help, windows 7 enterprise

hello,
i have downloaded the windows 7 enterprise edition directly from microsoft. i am having problems with the installation. i have a computer built for school. asus a8r32 mvp deluxe motherboard, amd 4600 x2 +manchester cpu, 1Gb kingston ram. SATA 250GB HDD. i have removed all extra hardware. using an ati video card with hdmi output on a pci express 16 slot. the problem i am having is my system hangs at completing installation after the first reboot. i have used killdisk to wipe and try again. currently, my dvdrw drive does not always see the Windows 7 disc. i have tried two discs and burned them both at the slowest setting possible. can somebody please help me solve this?
