    Win8 + Win7 dual boot uninstall help

My daughter's laptop computer with Windows 8 installed experienced a blue screen that would not let the computer boot. Of course no back ups, no recovery disk made. Thought we were screwed, butshe found original Vista recovery disks. While waiting for her to bring recovery disks (58 mile trip) I figured I try to install Windows 7 to computer. Anyway I installed it on separate partition for a dual boot. C partiton w/ Win 8 was l;eft untouched.
Now to make long story short I was able to repair the Win 8 partition and my daughter wants to keep Win 8. So question is how to uninstall Windows 7 from the D partition and return the computer to it's normal Win 8 boot??

To be sure we should see the requested screenshot of Disk Management - Post a Screen Capture Image since if the System Active flags are on Win7 partition, they must be moved to Win8 by marking Win8 partition active to run Automatic Repair - Run in Windows 8.

If using UEFI BIOS then other steps are required.
