You're not alone... theres a thread on Microsoft social going about this exact same issue with people (like me as well) getting stuck at 68% on the download.
pcwolff who is your isp? I have qwest and I am seeing other people with qwest that are running into the same problem. Check this thread out. Not Downloading from Digital River. My download has frozen at 68% twice! If we can't find someone with a different isp, then something might be going on here.
Nah, I've got Armstrong Cable Services here. I'm probably gonna head down to the Campus Tech center tomorrow to see if they might have any suggestions.
legitimate copy of Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit from them?
This is from an old thread:

I have heard lots about there being problems when people have downloaded Win 7 from Digital River as part of the student offer. Most of what I have heard is from people trying to got from 32 bit Vista/XP to 64 bit Win 7.
Are there any similar problems reported with the 32 bit win 7 download?
Ok, so I was finally able to get the main Expanded Setup file extracted.
But now I still have the 3 original files on my desktop... what do I do with them?
Also my expandedsetup file is this large:
Size: 3.01 GB (3,239,836,668 bytes)
Size on disk: 3.01 GB (3,241,648,128 bytes)
Well, here it's now 00:13, October 22nd, was wondering if anyone knows when the Windows 7 download from Digital River will be up? Hopefully before I go to sleep?
Thanks. :)
