    Digital River Download Pausing Constantly?

Hello! While I know that this is the very first day of Windows 7 release and everything, I just wanted to see if anyone had a similar problem and had found a way to fix it.
So, I finally got Windows 7 Professional Upgrade (since I'm a student) to start downloading through my Campus' proxy and after downloading smoothly for a half an hour or so it hit 68% and paused. At first I thought nothing of it, but now when I try to click "resume" it downloads about .01-.02mb of data and then pauses again all in less than a second.
Anyone know how I might fix this? I've exited the Download Manager and started it again a couple of times, and restarted my computer and have unplugged/plugged back in my Ethernet cord.
Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!

My download has been pausing at the 68% mark too. Maybe it will budge during off-peak downloading hours.

pcwolff, I believe there is a lot of traffic going to those servers and probably a lot of traffic in your network. I would just wait and try another time as little turtle suggested

    Server Loads

    Servers are at peak demand.
The .ISO alone is over 4 gigs.
    Be patient.:)

Thank you for posting this problem haha! I have been searching for hours about anyone experiencing this. I have been chatting with my isp cause I thought they were capping/throttling me. But they said no problems on their end. I have tried three times and every time I hit 68% it stalls and stops. I just couldn't figure it out cause it was just blazing along at 700 mb/s to 1mbit/s. Let me know if you guys have any breakthroughs.

Well the only thing I can add now, is that after watching my download for a while I found out that it is actually downloading. However, it's doing it very, very slowly and it's like it resumes and pauses instantly. So every 15sec or so it will download .01-.02mb. I guess I'll just let it run over night and see where it's at in the morning.

Ya I just stopped it. I might restart it tomorrow from the beginning, the last thing I want is to have it corrupt from all the stopping and starting. If anyone gets a breakthrough on this let us know. There are some people on the microsoft answers board with the same problems and even trying multiple computers on different connections, stalls in exactly the same file size.

well I ended up not running it last night, but after letting it do its thing for a while today it finally made it to 69% but besides that nothing has changed. I sent an e-mail to Digital River but they have yet to respond.

pcwolff who is your isp? I have qwest and I am seeing other people with qwest that are running into the same problem. Check this thread out. Not Downloading from Digital River. My download has frozen at 68% twice! If we can't find someone with a different isp, then something might be going on here.
