    How to reset computer(or something)


    Hi!
    I want to get my computer to the state how i got it from the shop(preinstalled)
    i have the utilities disc and the 25 digit code for the windows but how do i do it?
    thnx for the help :P

    I would imagine you would boot using that disc as you probably have a hidden recovery partition on the drive somewhere. See this Tutorial: System Recovery Options

    We always assume you have made your Recovery Disks using the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Media Creator app the first day you had your new PC.
    & made the Startup Repair CD.

    Welcome to Seven forums.

    I am assuming that system was shipped with Windows 7 and Dell Datsafe on the system. Please check this video which would be useful:
