Factory setting recovery problem!

Hello


When I wanted to recover my window 7 professional to factory setting using Acer eRecovery Management, the recovery process doesn't complete, the eRecovery Management show Please wait... for hours and nothing change.


What's the problem, And How I can solve this problem?

I would Check the hard drive with the manufacturer's diagnostic tools.

We always assume you have made your Recovery Disks using the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Media Creator app the first day you had your new PC.
& made the Startup Repair CD.

Can you still boot into WIndows to make your Recovery disks? Acer Support: Frequently Asked Questions list for Recovery media and Restoring a system to factory load

The Acer factory pre-installed Win7 is the worst possible install one can have of Win7 anyway, so I would do what most tech enthusiasts do to Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7. Everything needed to get and keep a perfect install is in the blue link.
