Windows starting up loading screen forever!!!

k i created a partition and formatted it of 70gb to install windows 7 in it. Im obviously using the clean install method, everything goes fine. It expands the files, it installs them, copies them, etc. When my system is booting up, it shows me the screen of windows below saying "windows is starting up", the problem is that windows never starts up, i left it for a night, and it didnt start up, it just stayed there. Im trying to install windows 7 64bit, any help would be greatly appreciated

I had the exact same problem as you until I installed vista updates... once I had vista updated it let me install 7 completely. Now I only get the "starting windows" screen every other time I turn off my pc.

i cant even log in my account, i get stuck in windows starting up logo, every time i try to install windows 7 64bit, i m currently running on windows 7 32 bit and im not having any trouble, i also forgot to mention i tried again and used virtual box to install windows 7 64 bit to see if i got the same error and i didn't!, it installed perfectly and I rebooted like 100 times on virtual box and it was fine, i tried fixing the boot loader when i tried to install it last night on an empty partition, but it apparently is not the problem
