Windows starting up loading screen forever!!!

k i created a partition and formatted it of 70gb to install windows 7 in it. Im obviously using the clean install method, everything goes fine. It expands the files, it installs them, copies them, etc. When my system is booting up, it shows me the screen of windows below saying "windows is starting up", the problem is that windows never starts up, i left it for a night, and it didnt start up, it just stayed there. Im trying to install windows 7 64bit, any help would be greatly appreciated

Current Operating System, pre-install
Do you have a single OS on your computer, are you planning on multi-booting with this installation? k i got rid of vista, and iam writing right now from windows 7 32bit, from 1 partition of the 3 i have.
Are you multi-booting now?no
Current Hardware
How many internal hard drives (HD) are connected to your system? 1
Are they IDE or SATA? ide
How many DVD drives are connected to your system?its a laptop so there is 1 drive for everything.
Are they IDE or SATA Drives?
Any external HDs used?
Are they connected by USB or eSATA?
Check Disk Management for any HDs listed with a yellow triangle and explanation point?everything is fine
Is this a New Clean HD?is a 300gb partitioned into 3
Have you pre-formatted the HD?i formatted the c drive where vista was located and installed windows 7 32bit on it.
Windows 7 installation details
Which build number and version of Windows 7 are you installing?6.1
Are you installing a 32 bit (x86) or 64 bit (x64) OS?im trying to get 64, because i have 4gbs of ram and i do not waste ram.
Where did you get the ISO file from? microsoft sent it to me
Installation Media
Using a USB memory key?
From another partition or hard disk?
From a DVD?yes
The procedure and speed of burning the ISO to DVD has been the most frequent cause of installation failure
How did you burn the DVD? Briefly describe the steps you used.i ve had burned it many times into dvd, and rw dvd, using power iso, used default settings, and it didnt work, used the slowest speed, and it didnt work, and im very fustrated.
Which ISO burning software did you use?poweriso, magic iso, active iso, ultraiso, etc
At what burning speed and with Verify checked?some with verify some dont, slowest speed, max speed, and default
A slow burn speed, lowest setting (example x4 speed), will ensure an error free burn.
Any Over Clocking of the RAM, CPU or GPU?negative

Windows 7 Ultimate and Windows Vista Ultimate

I had the exact same problem as you until I installed vista updates... once I had vista updated it let me install 7 completely. Now I only get the "starting windows" screen every other time I turn off my pc.

i cant even log in my account, i get stuck in windows starting up logo, every time i try to install windows 7 64bit, i m currently running on windows 7 32 bit and im not having any trouble, i also forgot to mention i tried again and used virtual box to install windows 7 64 bit to see if i got the same error and i didn't!, it installed perfectly and I rebooted like 100 times on virtual box and it was fine, i tried fixing the boot loader when i tried to install it last night on an empty partition, but it apparently is not the problem
